Web Design Packages and Prices
OakRidge Web Design offers package prices to make your choice
easier. If you don't have a web hosting site, we
will handle all aspects of the process from domain purchase to web site hosting
(The cost of domain purchasing and web hosting [see info in next paragraph]will be your expense).
Once the site is complete, we will need to upload your site
using a web hosting company. Typically, this company charges a fee to host your site. What this means is that you
will pay a small monthly or annual fee for "renting space" from their server to
keep your site on the internet for everyone to see.
All new accounts with OakRidge Web Design require a 50% down payment before work begins
on the website. Once the site is complete, you will have a chance to
review it and make any changes before the site is uploaded for the public to view.

Maintenance: Maintenance
is the updating of your site, checking to make sure the links are
properly functioning and adding or deleting any new pictures or
limited info that may change periodically in your business. This
does not include a complete rebuilding of your website, inserting
new pages or lengthy price changes. These are additional costs which
will be charged at $25.00 per hour or $75.00 per additional page.
Basic maintenance charged is between
$20.00 and $50.00 a month, although you will be allowed 2 free
updates per year. This fee includes simple maintenance such
as limited additions or swapping of photos for more current ones and
limited seasonally-changing information. It may also include other
limited updates, but this can be discussed. Most of the
above-mentioned maintenance can be handled in minimal time each
month, but more involved changes or updates, which would be
discussed with you beforehand, will be charged at $25.00 an hour.
(Maintenance fee will only be charged if you have actual changes
in any given month, no changes in a month, no charges!) |
